I just read that David Letterman has finally apologized. He should have done this right away and not have waited to see if there was going to be any back lash or not. In the news article that I read, it was reported that he was remorseful. David Letterman is still a "schwein" for his jokes that he made regarding Govenor Sarah Palin and her daughters. I find it very interesting that in the next article that I read regarding this incident is that a major advertiser pulled their ads after having received complaints from their customers about advertising with David Letterman's show. Did he decide to apologize only after the advertiser pulled their ads or was it before? This question may never be answered publicly by CBS or David Letterman. In my humble opinion, all advertisers should pull ads from his show until CBS removes him from his job. Mr. Letterman should no longer be allowed on television, radio or any other form of media.
